Assistant Vice President, Countrywide Mentor ProgramUnder the guidance and direction of Vice President, Employee Development, this position will develop, plan, execute and manage the enterprise-wide mentor program to enhance employee engagement and retention through professional growth and development.Primary Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing all elements of the program, including design enhancements, policy, processes, marketing, training, and evaluation of the program.

Ensuring alignment with other corporate cultural and development initiatives and divisional requirements.

Interfacing with and assisting business unit leaders with customized variations of the Countrywide Mentoring Program by conducting needs analysis, evaluating feasibility and planning/executing any agreed upon enhancements.

Providing on-going infrastructure, coordination and leadership to the divisional business units as appropriate to ensure alignment with the enterprise-wide program.A successful candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree.

HR experience leading, developing, and/or managing mentor programs.

Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication, organizational, project management, research, analytical skills

Ability to multitask, interpret and relay data verbally and in management reports, coach others through relationship issues, identify appropriate channels for conflict resolution, work with minimum supervision and demonstrate strong follow-through on assignments and projects.

Excellent PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Lotus Notes.The ideal candidate may also possess:

Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management, Employee Development, Organizational Behavior, Organization Development, or MBA.

Knowledge of and/or experience with automated enterprise mentoring systems/tools.
