Our client is looking for an experienced Assistant Vice President of Analytic Business Development to help leverage the value of the company’s public record data assets across multiple industries including (but not limited to) financial services, insurance, government, and general industry. Solutions will address opportunities in credentialing, underwriting, portfolio management, collections, fraud, and identity resolution. This senior level position will be responsible for managing the development of analytical and data-driven products, processes and projects from concept design through fulfillment. You will provide consultation services on industry best practices, alternative approaches, solution design and progression planning to clients (internal & external), prospects and industry partners.

Key Job Functions:
In this exciting position you will -
• Bring leading industry expertise into key client relationships which support client retention, cross-selling and up-selling, and prospecting opportunities.
• Generate revenue opportunities through increased data, analytics and services recommendations.
• Define and grow the analytical consulting practice over time including hiring, training and managing modeling and analyst staff as growth allows.
• Be the driving force behind Fraud & Risk Mitigation Consulting, providing analytical based risk mitigation strategies, tools and products to senior client contacts to manage various risk dimensions including, but not limited to applicant, identity, underwriting, vendor, channel, and credit and collections risks. Develop and monitor client strategy plans for continuous improvement.
• Provide Analytical Consulting to strategic clients. Test designs, evaluate predictive model, provide data value optimization and ad hoc analysis to support client strategies and promote the value of Public Records Group products and services.
• Deliver presentations to showcase capabilities to prospects attend Trade show/convention exhibitions and provide technical consulting for advertising and promotional material design.
• Engineer new product development by transferring industry and field expertise into new product concepts and services. Assist in defining product specifications and pricing. Design training material.
• Monitor Federal and State regulations. Monitor industry trends and inform field of regulations and changes. Design brown bags, presentations and training programs as needed to educate managers.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Math, Engineering or similar field is required. MBA, MS Bus admin, or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 7-10+ years fraud/collections industry experience or consulting experience is required.
• 5+ years advanced training in data mining or statistics, field/portfolio management is required.
• Working knowledge of SAS is required.
• Ability to drive analytics for collections and fraud analysis is required.
• Experience using account level, public record and Credit Data.
• Sales presentation experience and interaction with client senior executives is required.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong PC skills
