ASG - Relationship Manager
The ASG Relationship Manager works within a regionally-based team, and provides support to Financial Advisors on new client and account set-up procedures and issues, in addition to account change request support and tracking. The ASG Relationship Manager also provides administrative training and website usability support.
Specific duties include:Provide telephone-based administrative training to Advisors using AssetMark’s services, as needed, to communicate procedures, documentation requirements and account processing methodologies
Receiving incoming calls from advisors and addressing issues or concerns
Initiate outbound communications with Advisors regarding open issues and issue resolution
Track new account establishment and funding processes and contact Advisors when their intervention is required
Monitor outstanding trading exception issues
Work with Custodians to resolve issues for Advisors
Continually evaluate day-to-day activities for process improvement opportunities
Participate in selected departmental process improvement initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years financial services industry experience
Strong background in customer service
Strong written and oral communication skills
Intermediate level working knowledge of investment products and services
Series 6, 7, 63, 65, 66 securities licenses preferred
