APPLICATION ANALYST (Teller/Banking Background)

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is a leading technology provider for the financial industry and is currently seeking Application Analysts for our Birmingham, AL location.

Application Analyst needed for Vertex Teller Automation. Job involves supporting existing customers in general functionality, set up, and problem solving on the Vertex Teller product and all modules. Will also be responsible for travelling to financial institutions nationwide to install teller processing software and to train employees on using the software.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year banking experience, preferably in Teller Operations. Additional experience in Customer Service and Information Systems/Technology is preferred. Must possess excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, and be willing to travel 30%.

Citizenship: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
