Advancial Federal Credit Union has an opportunity for an ACH/Credit Card Representative in our corporate office located in uptown Dallas.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:The applicant will be responsible for administering electronic service requests and answering member questions.Balances ACH/shared branch reports and processes exceptions on a daily basis.Reconcile and balance appropriate general ledgers as required.Provide information to existing and potential members regarding all electronic services.Electronic services include audio response, ACHs, ATMs, debit cards, payment services, credit cards and shared branching.Company Description:With a history dating back to 1937, Advancial is an established and proactive full-service financial institution providing personal, convenient and innovative financial services to individuals and select group partners.Advancial's primary mission is to anticipate the needs of its users by providing timely, unbiased and intimate financial advice and a full array of technology-enabled products and services that deliver exceptional value. REQUIREMENTS
This position requires someone to be service-oriented, self-motivated and to be able to work a variety of tasks.High School or equivalent education with a minimum of one year related work experience.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products will be required.Pleast note:Background and credit checks will be required.Credit must be in good standing with no collection, repossession, or charge off accounts.Competitive salary and benefit packages are available for qualified candidates.Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Advancial Federal Credit Union is an Equal Opportunity Employer
