ACCOUNT TRANSFERS REPRESENTATIVE
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely processing and analysis of account transfer documents in adherence to daily deadlines, expectation levels and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Processing and analyzing account transfer documents

Meeting daily deadlines in accordance with regulations

Working with LPL representatives and contra firms regarding account transfers

Building relationships with internal departments

Provide superior customer service to large base of financial advisors
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team oriented environment

MS Office, Vantive, Acorde/Imaging, and Microbank knowledge and experience is preferred

Must be a strong team player and have a great attention to detail

BA/BS Degree preferred and/or prior related work experience or knowledge of the financial services/securities industry

1 – 2 years of experience in the brokerage, banking, or financial services industry preferred

NASD license 7 a plus
