This is a rewarding position for applicants with previous call center, telemarketing/sales, collections, skip-tracing, or customer service experience. Responsibilities include resolving accounts with two consecutive missed payments by working through issues and offering options to customers to prevent them from going further delinquent. This includes promoting positive pay habits and future purchasing, as well as, locating telephone numbers and addresses for customers who may have moved or have outdated contact information. You will make outbound calls, take inbound calls, work partially on automated dialing systems (Mosaix), state of the art manual systems (CACS) and utilize various reports which will generate certain leads for you to follow, enabling some variety in your daily efforts. REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills and be willing to work a minimum 40 hour schedule that includes a combination of days, nights and weekends within our hours of operation. Our hours of operation (may vary slightly) are:

Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 11:00pm

Friday 8:00am to 9:00pm

Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 5:00pm

All hired candidates will attend an onsite paid comprehensive training program for their first two weeks Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
