Position: Warranty Claims AdministratorPosition Summary: responsible for creating OEM warranty claim files, submission to the OEM site, corrections of errors, resubmission to the OEM site, and final acceptance processing of the claim file to the OEM. The Warranty Claims Administrator then tracks accepted claim submissions and coordinates with accounting for invoicing and payment.Responsibilities:
1. Bill all service orders to manufacturer for warranty.
2. Bill all parts defective from stock and 90 day defective to OEMS and vendors.
3. Generate RTVs to vendors.
4. Call for collections from manufacturers
5. Reconcile receivables
6. Assist dealers, reps and oem service depts.
7. Credit A/R for parts, service invoices.
8. Bill on our internal system DBS and also online to manufacturer using their systems.Pleasant, team-oriented work environment. Excellent benefits package including:

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel, and MS Word.
2. 1-2 years data entry experience.
3. Accuracy of claim file generation and submission is an essential requirement of the position.4. Able to take direction and work well within a diverse group and be responsive to the daily needs of the client.
5. Prior experience in the industry, preferably in parts sales or retail.
6. High school graduate or GED.7. Ability to establish and maintain good relations with customers by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
8. Excellent communication skills and proven professionalism
9. Ability to pass a drug screen and routine background screening.
10. Ability to work full time Mon-Fri 8:00am – 5:00pm.
