This is an exciting, hands-on retail business involving the rental of trucks, trailers, storage, and related items. We are looking for people with mechanical aptitude who are interested in a hands-on position. We need individuals with the energy, personality and ability to lead, manage, and promote a profitable, competitive customer oriented operation.

For experienced, motivated, and success oriented individuals only! Must have valid drivers license. College degree or retail management experience helpful. Drug testing may be required.

Qualifications:
•Excellent customer service skills and mechanical aptitude required.
•Career minded, willing to work hard and provide strong leadership.
•Make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.

•Demonstrates ability to coach and develop people. Helps team members set and attain development goals.
•Capable of managing people and work. Skills include planning, developing policies, and delegation.
•Capable of staffing and maintaining a team of people.
•College degree or equivalent retail experience.
