Tool & Die

Ability to preform at an advanced Tool and Die skill level and to work with a Class A surface. Previous experience and capable of working on large automotive dies within automotive manufacturing. Large panel and hemming experience needed. Work with draw dies and have tryout press capability.
Duties and Responsibilities
*Skill and ability to perform the following: mastering re-strikes, spotting, mastering break line changes
*Supports all organizational efforts ISO and product quality integrity
REQUIREMENTS
Class A sheet metal stamping in Automotive Industry.
Journeyman Certificate or 5 plus years in Class A
metal stamping. Experience in maintaining large automotive dies.
Knowledge of Hemming, Milling,Turning,Surface Grinding, Drilling,Hand Tools, Polishing,Surface Grinding,Band Saw,Basic Welding skills a plus. Must be Class A Machinist.
