Receptionist/Administrative Assistant– Human Resources Department

Job Summary: Receive and direct incoming calls on the switchboard in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. Greet customers, visitors, vendors, applicants and employees. Monitor front and back entrances of the 1010 State Street Building. Complete a variety of administrative assignments for the Human Resources Department and Training function. Process mail and packages for departments in the 1010 State Street location. Assist other departments as needed.
Experience Required: One year administrative experience required. Experience answering multiple lines in a professional setting. Experience in banking helpful.

Skills Required: Ability to operate switchboard and direct calls professionally and efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills to handle a variety of calls. Attention to details. Strong PC skills to include Word and Excel. Keyboard skills of at least 40 wpm. Ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner.

Education: A high school diploma (or G.E.D.) is required.

Monthly Salary: Min $1,891 Mid $2,224 Max $2,558 Band 2
