Territory Sales Manager

Executes sales strategy for achieving or exceeding territory quota.
-Retain and grow existing accounts by executing the sales strategy. New business development with a concentration on low market share areas in coordination with Regional Manager.
-Territory, Account, Opportunity & Call Planning
-Sales Calls - Face-to-face meetings with call plans followed
up by one page call reports
-Develop and utilize a Continental internal network to marshall resources to meet customer needs. (Most likely contacts: Sales Management, Inside Sales, Logistics, Credit, Pricing, Marketing, etc)
-Must be willing to travel up to 85%
-Territory includes MN,ND,SD and WI.
REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's degree required
-Must possess 3 years of Tire or Automotive Sales experience
