Technician- Auto Glass

Purpose:

Technician responsible for glass replacement in high volume industry.

Reports to:

City Manager

Essential Duties:

1.Installation85%
2.Customer Service15%

General Description of Technician's Tasks & Duties:

•Remove and replace glass in accordance with industry and company standards and procedures
•Inspect and protect customer vehicles from damage
•Operate company vehicles properly and safely at all times

Customer Service:

•Work with City Manager, Customer Service Representatives and customers to coordinate and complete all work
•Ensure that our customers are delighted with their ATG experience
REQUIREMENTS
Experience / Education:

•High School Education or equivalent – desirable
•No Experience necessary – will train

Skills & Abilities:

•Ability to read and interpret documents such as ATG Employee Handbook, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures
•Ability to deal with the public in a courteous and tactful manner
•Maintain a clean and professional appearance
•Good customer service skills
•Fluent in both English and Spanish - Desirable

Physical Requirements:
•The ability to stand, sit, kneel and walk for extended periods of time
•A valid driver’s license.
•The ability to lift 50 pounds.
