Job Description:
. Lead the hourly team in the clean room to meet established productivity and quality goals.
. Support production with technical issues related to design, controls, quality and tooling. Take the lead in product changeovers.
. Respond to technical issues with respect to automated assembly equipment.
. Technologies include PLC's, sensors, mechanical tooling, pneumatic systems, fuel systems and vision systems.
. Flexibility to respond to the demands of changing production schedules and priorities to meet customer requirements. Prepare schedules, production and quality reports and procedures.

Five years experience as a machine tool mechanic, process/manufacturing technician, or engineering assistant. At least one technical expertise in mechanical tooling manufacturing, PLC's. Two years supervision experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communications and team based supervisory skills. Problem solving techniques and methodologies. High volume manufacturing. Tooling design and PC/PLC programming experience.

Associates Degree: Engineering, Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or related field and/or appropriate level Work Keys Assessment.
