Spares Program Coordinator

Reports to: Supervisor, SparesJob Summary:
A Spares Program Coordinator is responsible for performing spares functions which involves a review of production schedules and material commitments to determine shipping dates for military commitments and commercial spares.Responsibilities to Include:
Will coordinate with production regarding shortages, maintain spares status records for control purposes and follow up on delinquent spares sales.
Will process weekly status reports and provide accurate dispatch lists for assembly shops.A Textron Company
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Associates Degree desiredPosition Requirements:
Prefer two to three years experience in material requirements, production planning or expediting.
Frequent contacts with personnel in Accounting, Production, Contract Administration and Service Parts Center.
Should have a working knowledge of basic mathematics and blueprint reading.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.License and Certification Requirements:
APICS Cerification desired
