Service Technicians -First Shift

Crown Automotive seeks excellent candidates for Service Technicians. We are seeking experienced technicians with skills in Honda and/or import vehicles.
Job Duties May Include:
1) Repairs, installs, and adjusts hydraulic and electromagnetic automatic lift mechanisms used to raise and lower automobile windows, seats, and tops.2) Repairs and replaces automobile leaf springs.3) Removes and replaces defective mufflers and tailpipes from automobiles.4) Repairs and aligns defective wheels of automobiles.5) Repairs and rebuilds clutch systems.6) Repairs, overhauls, and adjusts automobile brake systems.7) Installs and repairs automotive air-conditioning units.8) Rebuilds, repairs, and tests automotive injection units.9) Converts vehicle fuel systems from gasoline to butane gas operations and repairs and services operating butane fuel units.10) Aligns and repairs wheels, axles, frames, torsion bars, and steering mechanisms of automobiles.11) Repairs, replaces, and adjusts defective carburetor parts and gasoline filters.12) Repairs and replaces defective balljoint suspension, brakeshoes, and wheelbearings.13) Inspects and tests new vehicles for damage, records findings, and makes repairs.14) Inspects, tests, repairs, and replaces automotive cooling systems and fuel tanks.15) Tunes automobile engines and tests electronic computer components.16) Examines vehicle, compiles estimate of repair costs, and secures customer approval to perform repairs.
REQUIREMENTS
These positions will work the 1st shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 p.m. All applicants must be able to work these hours.Crown Automotive has opened a state-of-the-art air-conditioned facility at SouthPoint. This Honda dealership is considered one of the largest in the South East. We have plenty of business and need to expand our service operations to a second shift.
2 - 3 years of service technician experience; ability to work Saturdays
must have a strong work ethic, must be dedicated to excellence and have the ability to work with others.
