SERVICE MANAGER

Grundfos CBS, Inc, the result of the recent acquisition of PACO Pumps buy
Grundfos Pumps, is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Service and Repair
efforts at our Oakland/Hayward Branch location.

Responsibilities include: management of the service center operations, field
service, and production. Responsible for decisions and policies regarding tear
down and re-assembly procedures, and review of application data received from
field. Participate in service calls. Respond to customer inquiries. Estimate
labor, material, and assures completion of projects on time and within budget.
Work directly to improve profitability and sales. Management of the operation
and service budgets. Plans, reviews, and controls the inventory.

Successful candidates will have the following skills: 5 years in Service and
Repair business for pumps or related equipment. B. S. in Mechanical
Engineering preferred. Energetic and responsive team player with the ability
to work with all levels of employees and customers. The ability to meet tight
deadlines, and make sound decisions. Success in executing multiple projects.
Strong working knowledge of pumps, pump hydraulics, pumping systems, and
electrical controls. Must possess a current driver's license and have the
ability to travel. (10% including some weekends and overnights).
