As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting customers and dealing with customer requirements pertaining to repair and/or servicing of their vehicle issues. The Service Advisor fosters positive customer relations through strong communication and follow-up with customers regarding repair status of their vehicle. The Service Advisor is a liaison between customers and the dealership.

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Take service calls from customers to schedule appointments
Advise customers of estimated service and repair costs
Review details of service with customer to ensure their understanding of services rendered
Address customer’s questions and needs promptly and professionally
Identify service needs of customers based on prior service
Ensure comprehensive re-delivery check of customer vehicle, guaranteeing that all items identified for service have been completed and done in a timely manner
