We have expanded our Service Department to meet our communities needs for BMW service as well as to increase our Service Staff to accommodate this growth.

If you believe that you qualify to work here and can demonstrate the ability to rate 96% or better in BMW CSI, as well as self motivation for high driveway performance, you may be a candidate. We offer a non comparable compensation package for both performance and CSI, as well as vacation, health, dental and vision insurance. Our Service Advisors are responsible for greeting each BMW client and offering solutions to maintenance and repair concerns pertaining to their clients BMW's. Each Service Advisor plays a key role in establishing and developing positive client relations though communication and follow up and to promote service sales through communication of needed maintenance and repairs as identified through the reservation process.

Each Service Advisor will greet their clients and offer a walk around to determine their clients needs, during the interview process the Service Advisor will prepare a repair order with the clients requests and needs documented, each Service Advisor will prepare a estimate for repairs and services when required, a promised time will be offered. Each Service Advisor will maintain communication with clients through out the day, contacting the client when repairs are completed, prepare a final invoice ensuring all charges and recommendations are documented. Offers the client a complete explanation of the work performed, assist the cashier when the client arrives and escort the client to their car.
REQUIREMENTS
BMW experience prefered
ADP computer experience prefered
General knowledge of automotive systems
Professional personal appearance
Excellent oral and written communication skills
All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment tests to include: background check, DMV and drivers license investigation and drug screening
