We are looking for confident, hard-working individuals with exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to excellence. We do not require experience, but you must be sales-minded and have a strong desire to succeed with a performance-based income. We offer a $2500 sales guarantee for the first 6 months to help you get started in a commissioned-based working environment.

WE PROVIDE TRAINING!

Our training is some of the best in the industry. For one week we will send you through a Lithia sponsored sales training course that will teach you the sales process Lithia has developed which has proven to be very successful. In addition, LITHIA Motors provides constant in-store training to help answer questions and brush up on the LITHIA Motors sales process.
REQUIREMENTS
