Sales Department Administrative Assistant

Work in a retail environment and enjoy contact with customers, vendors and other team-members. This position involves extensive telephone contact, e-mail, written correspondence and face-to-face communications. Assist walk-in customers prior to turn-over to a sales consultant. Answer basic product questions, handle phone messages, assist with correspondence, handle pre-delivery paperwork and insurance verification, support dealership marketing efforts, and many other duties. Position combines base pay along with team incentive commensurate with experience. First year earnings of $32 - $39k.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate must be organized, positive, flexible, energetic and able to multi-task. Ongoing product training is provided.
