ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Satisfy the transportation needs of new and pre-owned vehicle purchasers.
• Sell and deliver 10 vehicles per month.
• Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any client/prospect that enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Assist clients in selecting a vehicle by asking questions (from the needs analysis list) and listen carefully to their responses.
• Fully explain product performance, application and benefits to clients/prospects.
• Offer test-drives to all clients/prospects.
• Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up system.
• Exhibit high level of commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Establish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Attend product and sales training courses as requested by sales manager.
• Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to clients/prospects.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a prospect development system.
• Maintain a professional appearance
