Avondale Dodge Offers:$2,000/month guaranteed salary or commissions, whichever are more, that starts as soon as you are hired!
Experienced Sales Associates have the opportunity to earn up to $120,000 annually!

Realistic earning potentials along the Avondale Career Path:
New Sales Trainees: $4,000 – $6,000 per monthTeam Leader: $6,000 – $7,000+ per month
Finance Advisor: $7,000 – $10,000+ per month
New Car Manager: $8,000 – $12,000+ per month
New Car Director: $12,000 – $14,000+ per month
General Sales Manager: $180,000 – $200,000 annually
Store Manager: $200,000 – $250,000+ annually
