CRST Van Expedited, Inc., a leading transportation company, has an immediate opening for a staff training position reporting to a Training Supervisor at our terminal located in Fontana, CA.

Job Description
This individual will evaluate driving skills, conduct training in selected safety and operational subjects, and complete the hiring process to insure all drivers meet and comply with D.O.T. regulations and company requirements. This individual will also train new drivers regarding company expectations, policies, and procedures..

Safety Trainer

Qualifications/Skills for Safety Trainer:
The successful candidate should have a combination of driving and training experience in either other the road or classroom truck driver training. Must possess a valid CDL license and be able to obtain a DOT physical. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary along with keen reasoning abilities. The qualified candidate will be subject to a pre-employment drug screening.
