SSC - LEAD CASH APPLICATION PROCESSOR

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsible for the training and development of the Cash application Team
Handling escalated issues not resolved at the associate level (ie, mis-applied payments, un-applied payments, etc.)
Researching customer accounts to ascertain the proper customers and invoices for cash application
Escalating payment discrepancies to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, and the Accounts Payable Manager, when appropriate
Supporting the remainder of the accounts receivable/credit and collections function when necessary

REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience: Ideal candidate will have:
Extensive cash application experience (3-5 years) in a lead role. Knowledge of the ADP dealership system a definite plus
Experience creating journal entries
