We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill our Finishing Supervisor/Robotics Technician position in Franklin, Tennessee.

The Finishing Supervisor/Robotics Technician will be responsible for the following functions, including (but not limited to):

• Responsible for overseeing the production of quality automotive interior parts through proper staffing, equipment setup and robotic programming.
REQUIREMENTS
•Able to program, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on ABB Paint Robots
•Ensure all operations are in compliance with process standards, quality standards, and operator instructions and packaging standards as posted on sample boards
•Ensures that production and quality standards are met
•Pursues continuous improvement within the department in quality, productivity, cost savings and safety
•Ensures all housekeeping and safety standards are maintained
•Ensures all employees follow company policies and procedures
