Roadside Assistance Coordinator

Estes Express Lines is seeking a Roadside Assistance Coordinator in our growing Fleet Services department.
Position is 4 days on, 4 days off (6:00AM to 6:00PM), then 4 nights on, 4 nights off (6:00PM to 6:00AM), rotating shifts.
Responsibilities:
Assisting road drivers by coordinating breakdown and accident repairs via telephone communication with Estes Central Dispatch, Safety and Maintenance personnel and outside vendors.Monitors DOT roadside inspectionsProcess invoices, issues purchase orders, and file records·Other duties and responsibilities as assignedRequirements:
HS Diploma/GEDStrong customer serviceStrong oral and written communication skillsHeavy duty tractor / trailer maintenance knowledgeMust be computer literate-AS/400 experience preferredAbility to work in fast paced environmentGood geographic knowledge of the continental United StatesGood decision making ability based on thorough knowledge of the LTL trucking industryKnowledge of the Department of Transportation and Safety regulationsComprehensive Benefits –
