Retail Sales

Greets customers in person and over the telephone in a way which
conveys the Firestone image and values: Introduces products and
services to achieve appropriate sales: Maintains a clean and well-kept
showroom: Writes customer invoices: Maintains the sales follow-up
systems and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
2 years Retail Sales Experience
2 year AS degree (non technical) a plus.
Responsible for retail passenger, light truck and automotive service
sales (daily): Assists store manager in assigning service and tire
sales objectives and follows employees for attainment (daily):
Contacts customers, particularly in service department, to assess need
for tires/service, and to close sales opportunities. Checks tickets
making sure all tires on every vehicle are inspected and customers
needing tires area asked to buy. Answers phone inquiries regarding
passenger and light truck tires and automotive service (daily): Keeps
selling areas and displays clean and properly set up at all times.
Reviews outside displays and insure proper appearance. (daily):
Responsible for preparations required to back up retail promotions
