Manager Trainees Competitive Base + Bonus and Full Benefits

Management Trainees can complete our hands-on program within one year. However, our company is expanding daily and some motivated and outstanding individuals may be offered a General Manager's position within as little as 4-6 months. This position emphasizes cross training in all management positions. See individual job descriptions for details. Performance review twice yearly!

Tire Technicians… Starting at $9.00-$10.00 p/hr + Bonus and Full Benefits

As a Tire Technician you will be responsible for installing custom wheels and tires with precision while using a high speed balance & tire mounting machine*. You will periodically interact with customers in a one-on-one environment and even be involved in showroom selling. A high level of customer service is required. *Previous tire and custom wheel installation experience is a plus. Performance review twice yearly!

Customer Service Representatives… Starting at $8.50 p/hr + Bonus + Commissions and Full Benefits

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for interacting with customers with regards to their lease purchase agreements, retail sales, the processing of customer order forms, and maintenance of the showroom area and customer files. An adequate administrative skill level is required. Performance review twice yearly!
