Retail Automotive Sales

Indy Tire Centers is seeking a full time retail sales person. This person must be flexible between the hours of 7:00AM and 6:00 Monday-Friday and available every other Sat. 8:00AM-12:00PM depending on the store managers needs. We're looking for a competitive person with a high level of energy and enthusiasm with integrity to match. This person would be assisting (selling) customers in person and over the phone with their automotive tire and service maintenance needs. Once the sale is made would need to follow the service procedure until its entire completion and follow up with the customer if needed. Some experience with farm tires and/or farm machinery would beneficial. Must be able to delegate responsibility and perform management duties when neccesary. A person who pays attention to the details and is very organized would be extremely helpful.
REQUIREMENTS
The job would require this person to be available during all business hours with the average work week to be 45-50 hours per week. Good oral and written communication skills are a must. Some physical labor maybe required during the course of the day with assisting in the installation of tires or the unloading /loading of tires. A minimum of one year experience in either tire sales or automotive service sales is required. Persons must have a valid drivers license.
