Pre-Owned Auto Salesman / Manager

Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed individual sales goal.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, accessories, and service.
Follow-up with prospects.
Close sales effectively, being profit-minded, and understanding the used car financing and insurance.
Develop new business and leads and increase client base through marketing efforts and networking affiliations.
Make effective deliveries by following all sales details, inspecting the car, introducing the client to the Service Department, and making a personalized delivery of the car.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with comparisons.
Keep abreast of incoming inventory, features, and accessories.
Work with the Service Department and body shop to ensure that vehicles are reconditioned as expected and on schedule.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
Strong presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
General knowledge of automobile systems.
Knowledge of models and series preferred.
Web savvy and some technical understanding.
Experience working under time constraints and managing priorities.
Familiarity with various automotive software.
Strong multi-tasking skills.
Able to cooperate with management.
Able to take responsibility for handling details.
Able to recover quickly from setbacks.
Experience in managing and organizing work time and activities.
Valid in-state Drivers license and Salesman's License.
DMV knowledge on California laws.
