Paint, Prep, or Detail Automobile Parts

Job Description: Our customer, a large automotive prototype organization, has asked us to recruit for candidates to prep automotive parts for painting, or paint the parts, or detail the parts after painting.

Duties Include:

*Prep fiberglass parts to be painted. Identify and repair defects, and deliver parts to be painted. You must have knowledge of materials, abrasives and be able to operate a power sander. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of wet sanding. 20 positions and all shifts are now available! This is an evaluation to direct hire position, $10/hour, and has growth opportunities.

*Paints auto parts. Candidates must have some experience in painting cars or automotive parts. Our client is willing to accept an individual with just a little experience and teach the painting trade to an enthusiastic candidate. 30 positions currently available. This is an evaluation to direct hire position, $10 to $12/hour with growth opportunities.

*Identifies paint defects. Candidates ust have experience with buffing and polishing units and be responsible for the delivery of parts for inspection. Operates a buffer/sander, plus has knowledge of wet sanding and of abrasives. This is a very detail oriented position the involves accurate inspection. 20 positions available. This is an evaluation to direct hire position, $11-$14 per hour.

Job requirements:
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of prepping auto parts for painting and/or painting auto parts and/or detailing the parts after painting. In addition, candidates must be bondable, undergo drug screening, pass an employment test and undergo reference, education and security checks. Also, all candidates must have reliable transportation and an excellent work record and employment references. You will be required to take a pulmonary function and hearing tests. This is an evaluation to direct hire position, so candidates must be available to accept a direct hire position after the evaluation period.
