PRESIDENT

Our Cincinnati based client, a highly successful purchasing and servicing organization for Sub-Prime and Prime vehicle financing, is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic leader to take the organization to the next level in it's growth. The President will help develop and execute operational and business plans, lead several other senior level executives as well as evelop and maintain customer and investor relationships.

Requirements include a strong automotive consumer’s finance background preferably in both Prime and Sub-Prime markets. Success in business development, relationship management and securitizations required.

Bachelor’s degree in business with an advanced degree preferred. Minimum of fifteen to twenty years related experience to include progressive leadership development, prior P & L responsibility with the top role of an organization or division. Compensation based upon prior experience includes a competitive 6 figure base salary, performance bonus tied into company financial performance plus equity potential.
