PC Ops Analyst 1

Department: Corporate-ITDealer: AUTONATION CORPORATEJob Description: Provides support for IT. Coordinates delivery and installation schedules of all desktop and laptop systems.
Performs general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the organization. Installs hardware, software and peripherals. Assists with end-user questions and problems. Updates standard procedures for delivery and installation of systems.Responsibilities Include:
0 Become familiar with the facility as it relates to tasks and job responsibilities.
0 MAC’s “Moves, Adds, and Changes” Coordinate with facilities as necessary.
0 Network implementation, installation, and maintenance for both hardware and software.
0 As part of a team make sure daily work schedules and routine so the SLA’s are meet.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Experience: 0 Become familiar with the facility as it relates to tasks and job responsibilities.
0 MAC’s “Moves, Adds, and Changes” Coordinate with facilities as necessary.
0 Network implementation, installation, and maintenance for both hardware and software.
0 As part of a team make sure daily work schedules and routine so the SLA’s are meet.
0 Provide manager with daily updates on tickets that have passed the SLA’sRequired Education: 0 Minimum 2-year college degree or equivalent required. In addition, related technical education would be a plus.
