Field Sales Manager
Grote Industries, LLC, the industry leader in the design, development and manufacture of vehicle lighting and safety systems is seeking a talented individual to join our growing company as Field Sales Manager-Aftermarket for the Des Moines, IA. area. If you like independence and the freedom to develop and manage your own territory based upon what you know will work successfully, then we may be the right place for you.
For over 100 years Grote has been recognized as the first name in vehicle safety systems. The individual we seek will be a part of a team dedicated to exceptional customer service and major growth within all of our product lines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing exceptional relationships with current and potential customers and seeing that Grote meets or exceeds their expectations for service, innovation and the right products.
Working to develop and assure complete market coverage and Grote product availability within the territory.
Working closely with distribution sales personnel to train and assist in developing distributor marketshare.
Working with the Regional Sales Manager to execute sales programs and promotional activities to assure continued distributor growth.
Working with the Fleet Sales Manager to develop and to execute plans to solicit specifications from key regional and national fleets.
Flat out being the best in the industry and making Grote products the ones that customers prefer over anyone else

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/related field (or significant relevant industry sales experience).
3-5 years commercial vehicle/automotive parts outside sales experience.
