Universal Casualty Company is the premier Chicagoland non-standard automobile risk insurer. We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic Field Appraiser to inspect damaged vehicles, prepare estimates for repair, and complete total loss evaluations.

This is a field position. The Appraiser will report to the office one time per week but will generally be in the field (local travel only).

REQUIREMENTS
Outside Auto Appraiser

Must have at least 1 year of automobile appraisal experience
Must be proficient with MS Office products (i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must be familiar with CCC and/or Mitchell systems
Must posses technical and analytical ability for complex and accurate assessments of damage/repairability and a proven persistance in problem solving skills
Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
Must have a professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
