We are a leading online marketing company serving the automotive retail industry. Our customers are hundreds of auto dealers across the country. We have a large Online Marketing team that works as an online agency for our customers. We not only carry out paid campaigns but define online marketing strategies for our clients and implement them while taking ownership of their online business.
Our mantra is Strategy leads to Execution leads to Measurement leads to Analysis leads to Strategy…We are looking for someone to head our online marketing group as the Director of Online Marketing. The person will have to manage a team delivering services to hundreds of clients and ensure that the company meets its commitments at all times.
The person will be a highly organized manager, able to think strategically but with a strong emphasis on delivery and execution. You should be able to create a process driven organization that works to meet deadlines and delivers results.
Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement best-in-class search marketing techniques that can be implemented for multiple clients
Create business processes that encompass the online marketing cycle and ensure that the processes are implemented across the organization
Develop metrics for measurement of results at each stage
Create Analytics templates with cross pollination of data to enable complex evaluation of results
Develop campaigns and ensure implementation across the client base
Manage campaigns to effectively reach growth and acquisition cost goals
Develop, implement, and manage short and long-term marketing plans within budget and ROI targets
Continually evaluate and improve the effectiveness of campaigns
Develop forecasts and budgetsInfluence click-through and conversion through bid management and creative testing
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends / constantly review the marketplace for new online opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field
5+ years experience in managing web and online marketing projects
Strong data analysis skills
Process Oriented strategic thinker
Expert user of Google, Yahoo/ Overture Campaign Manager
Expert in SEO strategies, methodologies, implementation
Ability to manage multiple projectsAbility to manager teams of upto 20-30 people working remotely
Strong oral and written communication skills
Professional quality presentation skills
Excellent organizational abilities
Able to work long hours in stressful conditions
Proficient with Excel, Word, Power Point; SQL experience a plusThe ideal candidate will be energetic, creative, enthusiastic, intelligent, analytical, and eager to take on responsibility and learn new skills.
