Office Manager - Industrial

We are looking for a highly organized, efficient, results driven Office Manager for our automotive parts facility in the West Palm Beach area.



The Office Manager will:
Supervise and train the customer service team including computer software, vendor relations, customer service skills, cash handling and transaction processing
Manage transaction processes and all related paperwork
Process payroll, accounts payables and receivables, cash management, shipping and receiving transactions, etc.
Provide front line human resource assistance
Administer a computerized contract and inventory system
Perform all customer service duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements for this position include:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and set and accomplish priorities
Strong Word and Excel skills
Prior supervisory experience with proven ability to effectively train and lead a team
Spanish language skills preferred
Associate degree in a business related field and a minimum 3 years of office management type business experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Willingness to work in an industrial environment.
Ability to work weekends


This is not a typical office or call center position. Our Office Manager is an integral part of the operations team and is frequently on the floor working with employees, vendors and customers. We are open 7 days a week, 364 days a year, so you will be working weekends and holidays.
