New Vehicle Inventory Manger

Lou Bachrodt Auto Group seeks experienced, hands-on, professional Manager to oversee all aspects of our New Vehicle Inventory Control Department. The role requires the development and implementation of an overall business plan to achieve the company's revenue objectives.

The following is a basic overview of the strategic elements and responsibilities of the position.

• Establish trend of each inventory item, determine lead time & ensure correct inventory stock level.
• Keep track of all outgoing inventory.
• Periodic physical count
• Control inventory at its lowest possible level, always objective to save expenses.
• Order New Inventory bases upon manufacturer and history reports.
• Work with General Managers to plan and forecast inventory amounts
• Manage and execute all dealer trades
• Use computers to develop trend analysis and other management reports

Required Skills:
• Prior Experience in an automotive environment
• Prefer a background in inventory management
• PC and software technical skills - including advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a customer service focus
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment while multi-tasking
