New Product Manager

Performance Machine Inc. is the world leader of after market motorcycle disc brakes and wheels. We are looking for a New Products Development Manager. This position is responsible for working with in-house Marketing team in an effort to recognize and pursue new products expansion in the exciting motorcycle aftermarket. Duties include organizing and executing new product development projects, coordinating activities between various internal departments (e.g. Marketing, R&D and Engineering) and outside business partners. Requires a keen eye for the industry and the ability to recognize untapped markets.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
•Exceptional communication skills both one-on-one and across all levels of management.
•Individuals must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, and to efficiently juggle a workload in the face of shifting priorities and deadlines.
•Must have a thorough knowledge of the custom motorcycle aftermarket.
•Experience with standard software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Project
•Strong organizational and problem solving skills
•Will require travel to industry events throughout the year.


Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed above satisfactorily and have worked in the motorcycle industry for a minimum of 3 years.
