Merchandising Manager

For our Passenger and Light Truck Replacement Sales operations we have multiple openings for Merchandising Managers in the California territory.

Promotes national sales strategy for increasing PLT sales and profits in assigned geographical area(s) through direct interaction with and merchandising support for our partner dealers. Calls on all dealers within area, develops and coordinated merchandise services and ensures effective relationship management.
Responsibilities include:
•Sales follow-up to Direct/Gold Tire Dealers
•Training for the Direct/Gold Tire Dealers (Product, Product screens, Retail/Wholesale)
•Promotions, Store Displays to the Gold Tire Dealers
•Market Intelligence on competition (All)
•Club Activities (SCCA/Manufacturer clubs)
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business. Some experience with automotive and tire sales and marketing required. Qualified candidate will be a proven self starter.
