Mechanical Technician

Richardson Electronics, Ltd a worldwide provider of engineered solutions,has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our Manufacturing team, located in our Lafox facility.

In this position, your primary responsibility will be the troubleshooting, repairing, and maintenance of high vacuum pumps, pumping systems, and vacuum control circuits. You will also be involved in the installation, maintenance, and rebuilding of a wide variety of electro/mechanical equipment.
REQUIREMENTS
This position calls for an individual who is highly detail oriented and is able to follow both written and oral directions. A basic understanding of Vacuum Technology and control circuits are highly desirable. Additionally, you must possess the ability to grasp obscure concepts. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a mechanical technician, maintenance technician, or electro/mechanical technician. This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma.
