Job Description:
Lead Manufacturing continuous improvement activities, including cycle time and scrap reduction, FPY, uptime, safety, and OEE/productivity improvements. Perform tool design as required for improvement activities. Work with outside suppliers in the development, purchase, installation, debug, and runoff of new equipment. Train operators in proper operation of equipment. Write/Maintain work instructions and PFMEA. Troubleshoot/fix mechanical and electrical systems problems. Professional demeanor required. Willing and able to work overtime as required for timely completion projects and/or production support.

Ability to function well in a team environment. Strong analytical skills. GDandT, SPC, AutoCAD or Inventor, PLC, and PC skills all highly desireable.

5+ years experience with development, debug, and continuous improvement of design and/or automated processes. Automotive experience preferred.

B.S. Engineering, Engineering Technology
