We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fill our Mfg. Engineer/Launch Coordinator position in Winnsboro, SC.

The Mfg. Engineer/Launch Coordinator will be responsible for the following functions, including (but not limited to):

•Ensuring the smooth launch of all new business projects including coordination, details, and meeting all deadlines to meet launch date.
•Managing all engineering changes.
•Responsible for APQP, PPAP and overall plant projects.
•Responsible to develop cost savings projects throughout quality department and entire organization.
•Responsible to ensure process improvements.
•Responsible to develop ways to reduce scrap.
REQUIREMENTS
•Must have Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering related field.
•Must have 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, which includes program management or launch responsibility.
•Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
•Must be familiar and efficient in MS Office, ACAD 2000, and MS project.
•Must have demonstrated skills in process improvement, cost savings and scrap reduction.
