Management, Technicians, Customer Service - Oil Shoppes

We currently have openings for full and part time employees that are enthusiastic, efficient, friendly, self-motivated, and hard working. You must have a great customer service attitude. Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppe is the largest independent quick lube operator in the state of Michigan. We operate a total of 29 locations. We are currently looking for Lube Technicians and Management positions to help our company grow even larger. Uncle Ed’s is open 7 days per week. Most locations are open from 8am-8pm Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm Sat, and 9am-5pm on Sundays. Medical and dental benefits are available for full time employees that are at the assistant manager level and above. Uniforms are provided.

Job duties would include – Friendly customer service, changing oil and preventive maintenance services on vehicles, training and development, daily operations (i.e. stocking, cleaning, and ordering supplies).

Managers are responsible for all day-to-day operations of the facilities. This hands-on position includes staffing, scheduling, inventory control, cash control, and taking care of our great customers. Bonus and Partnership plans add to our very competitive compensation package.

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic people that have a customer first attitude. No automotive experience is required.

Management candidates should possess some previous managerial experience - restaurant, retail, automotive, etc., but it is not required.
