Maintenance Line Mechanic

Responsibilities:
·Perform Planned Maintenance inspections/repairs as required.
·Perform emergency repairs and adjustments while the line is running in a timely and efficient manner.
·Modify/Fabricate equipment to maintain and improve the lines.
·Efficiently troubleshoot Mechanical and Electrical problems.
·Maintain equipment to ensure maximum reliability.
·And all other functions and responsibilities as described by the Maintenance Department leadership personnel.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
·At least 5 years experience working in maintenance related fields.
·Proven electrical and mechanical skills, PLC experience is a plus.
·Enjoy working in and being a part of a team driven environment.
·Lift 65lb.
·Good verbal and written communication skills.
·Demonstrated maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
·Be able to perform multi-task operations while maintaining exceptional performance.
·Be able to adapt to changing priorities and conditions.
·Willingness to work flexible shift’s depending on project/production requirements.
·On-call in case of emergency.
·Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a team and independently to achieve team objectives
