Machine Set-up Technician
Set up equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning of the machine correct part fabrication. Additionally, gather detailed information help establish a machine setup and optimal machine preparedness for production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Evaluate scope of project and possible solutions such as substitution or rearrangement of tooling to assure task is completed. Machine related activities include machine & equipment set-up, operation, troubleshooting, and tooling installation. Part evaluation activities include part management, reading, geometric tolerance comprehension, and some SPC familiarity. General knowledge of manufacturing operations, hydraulic & pneumatic systems equipment and some computer experience preferred. Perform general Preventive Maintenance inspections on a periodic basis.

Education and/or Experience:
High School or technical school and 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination thereof.
