Arrow Stage Lines a Coach America company is a leading provider of ground transportation services. We are seeking a MAINTENANCE MANAGER to manage preventative maintenance and repair of our fleet. The team member will be responsible for managing the preventative maintenance program and ensuring all work is performed safely and effectively, hiring, training, scheduling and performance management of all maintenance personnel, managing inventory and costs in the maintenance department and other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent training5 or more years of vehicle diesel maintenance experience and ASE certification2 or more years of experience as a foreman, supervisor or other leadership roleBachelor's degree and motor coach experience preferred but not requiredCoach America is an EOE employer and is committed to a diverse workforce.
