Inputs proper loan information into the system for booking. Reviews loan contracts for proper documentation, buying authority and compliance. Confirms insurance agreement is signed and reflects correct lien holder. Communicates with buyers to acquire additional information or signatures required prior to booking the loan. Contacts dealerships to retrieve missing documents or proper signatures. Conducts and documents "Retail Commodity Verifications" on all loans. 10% Updates system of required information for held contracts. Maintains dealer follow up on held contracts. 5% Assists dealership in obtaining correct funding notices and reserve amounts.
REQUIREMENTS


High School diploma or equivalent preferred. College course work a plus.
One plus year administrative office work experience to include data entry and customer service. Previous loan processing and/or credit experience beneficial. Clear understanding of how to read credit bureaus is preferred. Effective communication skills, written, verbal and listening. Ability to work flexible hours.
