JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Client is an Aerospace + Defense + Automotive Tier 1, well established, industry leader, looking for a LEAN excellence specialist to increase manufacturing efficiency and effiectivity.

The LEAN specialist will be a technical leader within the manufacturing group and will initiate, organize and lead process effeciency achieved from efficiency and effectivity improvements.

LEAN Work will involve:
Lean manufacturing initiatives, cost reduction programs, efficiency improvements.

Manage Kaizens to reduce cost.
Define, implement and take leadership of manufacturing continuous improvement objectives

Apply LEAN to Manufacturing as Well as BUSINESS PROCESSES such as HR, FINANCE, PURCHASING etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

Prefer Certified 6 sigma black belt or master black belt or Green Belt.

4 YEAR Technical Degree.

8 plus years Experience the Automotive Industry or Aerospace / Defense Industry in the application of Lean or Six Sigma.

Solid History of Projects - Application of Lean to Manufacturing as Well as Business Processes.

Leadership skills, looking for an agressive individual.

MUST HAVE Experience in APPLYING LEAN to BUSINESS PROCESS such as HUMAN RESOURCES or FINANCE or PURCHASING etc. PLUS application of lean to Manufacturing.
